There will be a 2 days Book Exhibition by Kids2day international publishers i.e. 0n 19and 20July2018.

All are welcome for the same.

Book Exhibition of Premchand books on 31st July 2018to commemorate the birth anniversary of Premchand Hindi novelist.

Sanskrit book exhibition on 9th August on the occasion of Sanskrit week celebration

Freedom fighters book exhibition on 14th August on the occasion of Independence day.

Dr. S Radhakrishnan book exhibition on 5th Sept.

Hindi book exhibition will be held on 19-09-2017

in connection with Hindi Pakawada. All are welcome

Hindi book review competition will be held on 20-09-2017 in the library hall during the last 2 periods and

the participants should assemble in the venue.

All the students are hereby informed that old NCERT

textbooks to be donated to library and those who wants to take books can collect from Library

New question banks, fiction, xamidea books have

been purchased for the library in the month of october 2019. This is for your information.

Nov.14th to 21st Nov. will be celebrated as National Book week and also childrens day on 14th. Students are requested to submit the articles on Jawaharlal Nehru and on importance of books.

Leo Tolstoy use to say "I need only three things in life-books, books and books". The magic of books has never ceased to charm humanity. Through the ages it helped man to knit his dreams and thoughts, his hopes and aspirations. Books not only enable us to understand things in the correct perspective, but also equip us to fight against social and economic exploitation. They empower us intellectually and can imbibe in us a sense of pride in our national culture. And they transform love and sorrow, and even pain, into a form of human expression that can be experienced and appreciated by others.

The book will continue to be a shining icon of this glorious search tomorrow and not a relic of yesteryears. Books are a dialogue between man and his destiny. There is no other medium that can create an intimate relationship such as that between a reader and a book.

CARE AND HANDLE OF A BOOK

1. Turn page by the upper right hand corner

2. Use a book mark instead of turning the corner down.

3. Take book from the shelf by center spine not from top or bottom of the spine out.

4. Wrap well when carrying book in bad weather

5. Replace book on shelf from where it was taken

6. Don't make pen or pencil mark in the book

7. Don't expose them to rain or storm

8. Don't tear out pictures, articles from the book
