Most of the parents and teacher's may be concerned about academic planning for young people, and they often assume that career plannning will take care of itself. But evidence is mounting to show that the path from education to career is not always smooth for them, and it may be further complicated by socio-emotional problems that children often face. Thus, there is an urgent need to plan career options in advance.
